I thought that big pro-women's-rights march in Washington last Sunday looked good. Women can be slow to mobilise, but I think once they are convinced that their personal safety, or the safety of their children, is at risk, then they can be implacable. And also, because the motive for activism is the end rather than the means, it is difficult for authorities to stamp out this type of grass roots feeling once it becomes established.
Anyway, the real reason I wanted to post this was that Britain's Ali G was there lending his support. To our side of course.
