Sherlock Speculation

Will this week's episode of Sherlock introduce Moriarty? If so, who do you think will play him (or her)? An existing minor character, such as the pathologist woman? Or the hospital guy who introduced them at the start?

Speaking personally I would like it to be someone not yet introduced, and someone who will impress or surprise on first sight. Who do we have in Moffat's circle of preferred actors? Simon Pegg? The Director of the final episode also directed Gangster No 1, so perhaps Thewlis or Bettany - too grown up and expensive perhaps.

Or do you think he might not be seen at all?
