He did, on TV. But I know MK played Olaf somewhere, and I can only think it was in one of the stage productions (Birmingham Rep and London, IIRC)

I really need an Olaf the Lofty icon - it was so hard to choose! I think I'd rather choose one from each series. I really liked the dragon lady from Ivor the Engine, and I loved the Iron Chicken from the Clangers.
