Turn Left

I really liked this week's Doctor Who episode 'Turn Left'. It was about going back up the trousers of time and taking the different path, just like I've been obsessing over all week, so that was satisfying. I dunno, looking at other lj posts this evening it seems many other people were not so enthusiastic. This is weird because I'm used to being the one who doesn't like genre shows as much as everyone else.

I thought refugee Britain was conveyed thriftily and touchingly. I liked Donna, and amazingly, I liked Rose a lot, more than I've liked her in the past. Two interesting characters.

I like Time Wars, but you know there's one person they need to bring back to win a Time War. He's ready, he's rested, he's incorporated into a ring: Master '08.
