lovely day

I took the day off work and spent yesterday in Sutton Park with my kids. What a day! I don't think in my whole life I have experienced a late October day as warm and golden. I was wearing a vest and jeans and that was it. I'm normally shivering by this time of year. It was quite beautiful too, with the sunlight and the trees all yellow and pink. Amazing.

I don't know whether this is some sign that the climate is going wrong. They say this winter will be cold, but it doesn't seem likely so far.
