Closure on the 'Hopkin Green Frog' story. Turns out the frog was a cuddly toy rather than a live frog, and the charming poster saying it had been lost was made by a 16 year old with a level of mental disability, who has now happily forgotten his lost frog and moved on. But the frog has legs.
